If you’re looking for a delightful new twist on seafood, look no further than Redfish. Each dish on the Redfish menu features a uniquely delicious blend of tropical fruits and vegetables, spiced to perfection to create Caribbean and Asian infused tastes rarely found in the continental United States. Well prepared and exquisitely presented, we could find nothing in this restaurant’s repertoire that was less than perfect.
Elegantly casual, Redfish is attractive, warm and inviting. It also features wine shop where you can purchase from a selection of some of the best wines available on Hilton Head Island and enjoys a glass or two with your meal.
The wine prices are a bit high and, when you add in the $10 uncorking fee, having a bottle with your wine can really break your wallet. However, the moderate entree prices and expert wine staff almost make it worth the extra cost.
I suggest you try the Redfish seared Tuna, spicy cornmeal oysters or Latina ribs the next time your in Hilton Head and don’t forget to ask the friendly staff for a wine recommendation with your meal.
